SHIPPING POLICY

Most Oakland Always merchandise is made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment before shipping. During holidays, promotions or periods of high demand, production may take longer.

Shipping

Shipping costs and available shipping methods are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Oakland Always cannot guarantee replacement or refund of orders that are undeliverable because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

If tracking indicates a shipment may have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
